In 2012 I will be available for appointments in both Rapid City, SD & Loveland, CO.  I'm very excited to be able to take care of my friends (& new friends) in Colorado.  The Sugar Mill Production gals are amazing, gorgeous & talented... & all about alot of the same things we are here at Gypsy Rose; i.e. empowerment, education, integrity in business & having a good time.  I'm stoked to be working with them & can't wait to let you all know about upcoming events in 2012... both in the Black Hills & Loveland!  Stay tuned...

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month & since last years fund raiser went so well we decided to do it again.  $50 pink ribbon tattoos, pink ribbon sugar cookies from Cakes & More & a raffle all month long with some really cool stuff.  Proceeds go to Friends & Family Against Breast Cancer, the local Rapid City support group.  Stop by the shop or call 721-1234 for more info. 

The rally was a BLAST!  Tattooed up in Deadwood at The Grand & will definitley do it again next year.  Thanks to all my regulars & the new friends we made for making it such a fun week.  Next year's booth will be even bigger to include photos & paintings as well.

Hey Friends & Fans, I know it's been a super long time since my last post.  I'll try harder... however, if you Facebook I do post there pretty regularly.  At any rate here's what's new & upcoming at the shop.  We welcomed Dani J. to the shop!  She is our full time body piercer & aesthetician.  So swing & say hi & maybe let her stick, wax or peel you. lol  We are looking forward to a great Summer.  The G.R. 5 year anniversary is coming up the 1st part of June & we are all stoked.  All month long we will have shop specials & give-aways.  We're planning a poker run the Summer plus some other great stuff... so stay tuned & stay true.

Sorry Kids... We were going to be in the shop on Sun. 2/20, but due to what is shaping up to be pretty bad weather we'll be staying home.  Everybody take a snow day & stay tuned for the next $25 Sunday!!!

Hey all... we're going to open up this Sunday & do $25 tattoos all day.  We have a couple of sheets of designs to choose from (no substitutions).  All walk-in, all cash, all day.  If you're swinging by remember to bring your I.D. & leave the kids at home.  This is the first time we're doing this, so we'll see how it goes & maybe make it a semi regular thing.  See you soon.

Happy New Year everybody!!!!!  2011 is going to be a rockin' year here at the shop!!  We have a few changes in mind for the shop as well as a new addition this Spring/Summer.  The fabulous Ms. Dani should be here in the shop permanently do piercing & more!!!  We'll definitely keep everyone updated.  We'll have new artwork in the shop, new fun ways to do free tattoo day, more special events & fundraisers & much more.  Hope to see everyone real soon.  Take care & stay true!!!!!!!!!   ~~~J

Wed. 12/8 marks 30 years since John Lennons passing.  Instead of mourning the loss we are going to celebrate him & his work.  I'll be having a free tattoo day inspired by John & his art.  Most designs will be lyrics from his songs, some of his sketches & there will be a drawing for a portrait of John to be scheduled for another day.  As usual the strings attached are that you have to have been tattooed by me before, I get to choose the designs & you have to be able to get tattooed right then.  Hope to see you all soon.
